ShotByShot.com is a subscription service provided by Golf Research Associates, LP. By using the ShotByShot.com website and any of our features, services or products you agree to all our terms and conditions that you will find below (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree with any of these terms, please stop your use of the website and any of our features, services or products immediately.
For the purposes of this Agreement:
- "Website" shall mean the site at www. ShotByShot.com
- "Products" shall collectively mean all programs, analysis, commentaries, information and/or instructions found on the Website or otherwise provided by, or through, components of the website.
- "Subscription Services" shall mean registered access to a ShotByShot subscription program whereby users pay an annual fee to enter, edit and analyze their golf data.
- “We,” “us” or “our” refers to Golf Research Associates, LP, the legal owner of ShotByShot.com and its products and methodologies.
Use / Copyright
The Products are for private use only (or in the case of instructors or coaches, for use on behalf of one client/player at a time).
The data entry forms, methods and graphic interface, analysis methods and graphic displays; and the target data have all been created by us and are protected by Copyright and/or Patent.
You agree that when using the Website, its Products and/or its Services, you will not attempt to copy or use the material contained in the website for any purpose other than your personal use or, if an instructor/coach, for the purposes of your specific students or team members.
All judgments concerning the applicability of these guidelines shall be at our sole and exclusive discretion. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine whether and what action to take in response to any violation. Any action or inaction in a particular instance shall not dictate or limit our response to a future complaint.
